Mental health at work and why a culture of well-being should be created

More and more companies are becoming concerned about the mental health of their employees. The pandemic made this matter stronger: the world stopped with the arrival of a virus and both people and organizations had to adapt in a scenario of uncertainty. The warning sign for issues related to mental health came to light as a result of social isolation, but continues to grow.
