In a vote taken on 4/26/2022, the Chamber of Deputies approved the text of the Bill to convert Provisional Act No. 1,089/2021 into law, known as the Simple Flight Bill.

The aforementioned Conversion Bill brings several adjustments to rules that affect the airline industry as a whole. The  more important changes include the restriction of competences of the National Civil Aviation Agency (Anac), alterations related to the collection of fees (TFAC), fees and authorizations for privatization of airports.
