Member of the Real Estate team at /asbz, with broad experience in the sector, primarily focusing on advisory work. Advises domestic and international clients on various real estate and contractual operations, including the purchase and sale of real estate, typical and built-to-suit leases, logistics projects, development of enterprises, land subdivisions, establishment of guarantees, and other real estate contracts. Has expertise in urban and rural property due diligence, legal audits, and in the preparation of strategic reports. With a strong strategic vision, works on risk mitigation and optimization of operations for different market segments. Has experience in Civil Litigation, Insurance Law, and Consumer Law, handling real estate litigation and working on the prevention and resolution of judicial and administrative conflicts.
