Tax lawyer with over 20 years of experience, currently a partner in the Tax practice at /asbz lawyers. Specialist in tax M&A, investment structuring, and tax supply chain and indirect tax projects. Leads the firm’s initiatives related to the Tax Reform and is the host of PodTax ASBZ.
Previously spent over a decade at a Big Four firm, where he served as a partner in the International Corporate Tax practice. Has advised multinational companies on cross-border transactions, corporate reorganizations, and domestic and international tax planning.
