Specialized in the structuring, negotiation, and implementation of corporate operations and strategic transactions, advising companies in all stages of mergers, acquisitions, consolidations, and corporate reorganizations. Provides advisory to investors, startups, and companies throughout the fundraising process, including investment structuring, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, shareholder agreements, and executive incentive plan structuring. In addition to transactions, he assists companies with their corporate matters, including the incorporation of companies, corporate governance structuring, and drafting and revising articles of organization, shareholder agreements, and minutes of shareholders’ meetings and administrative bodies. He also participates in leading and coordinating legal due diligence across all areas of /asbz’s practice, focusing on risk identification and mitigation to facilitate business operations and corporate restructuring.
