Experience
Advises on the structuring, negotiation, and implementation of corporate transactions and strategic deals, supporting companies throughout all stages of mergers, acquisitions, consolidations, and corporate reorganizations—from defining the transaction structure to drafting and executing the relevant documents—always prioritizing legal certainty and strategic alignment. In addition to transactional work, she provides support to companies on recurring corporate matters, including company formation and amendments, corporate governance structuring, and the drafting and review of articles of organization, bylaws, partners’ and shareholders’ agreements, and minutes of shareholders’ and board meetings. She also leads and coordinates legal due diligence processes across all areas of /asbz’s practice, with a focus on identifying and mitigating legal risks to enable successful transactions and business restructurings.
