Leads the tax practice at /asbz, focusing on strategic and complex litigation in both administrative and judicial spheres. Engaged in the development of legal arguments and the management of disputes handled by a team, involving controversies related to tax incentives, constitutional matters, ancillary obligations, and sector-specific taxation.
Has experience before administrative courts such as TIT/SP and CARF, as well as the judiciary, including significant cases before the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) and the Federal Supreme Court (STF), aimed at mitigating risks and eliminating contingencies.
Throughout their career, has worked with companies across various industries — including tourism, entertainment, agribusiness, and technology — contributing to a broad business perspective, tax structuring knowledge, and insight into multiple fronts of tax litigation. Also practices in tax advisory, strengthening a strategic approach aligned with each client’s context and goals.

Law degree from CESMAC University Center of Alagoas.
