Lawyer specializing in contracts and legal consulting, with solid experience in the technology, media, and entertainment sectors. Extensive experience in negotiating and structuring strategic agreements, including software licensing, event production and organization, sponsorships, commercial partnerships, terms and conditions of use, and agreements between digital platforms. Advises companies in launching products and innovative transactions. Participated in UCLA’s Documentary Film Legal Clinic, advising filmmakers on legal issues related to documentary production and distribution. Spent half a year working in Los Angeles supporting a technology company, particularly in the development of legal arguments related to Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet and Digital Law. Member of the Media, Entertainment, and Culture Committee of the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP) and alternate member of the Disciplinary Committees of the Sports Justice Tribunal of the São Paulo Football Federation (FPF).
