Lawyer specializing in Corporate Labor Law, with experience in both Litigation and Advisory Employment matters. Advises on a wide range of labor issues, including prevention and resolution of workplace disputes, advice on all Labor Law topics, legal support to HR and legal departments, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements with unions, labor inspections by the Ministry of Labor, and investigations conducted by the Labor Prosecutor’s Office—particularly those related to occupational health and safety and compliance with legal quotas. Also involved in the implementation of automated systems for disciplinary measures, compliance, labor investigations, and internal audits.
