Provides specialized legal counsel to companies operating in the Brazilian electricity sector, such as power generator, transmission, distribution, and trading companies, and power consumers, defending their rights in both Judicial and Administrative proceedings before various public authorities. Also advises on negotiations, contracts, and complex business structures involving energy companies. Author of national and international publications on the Brazilian electricity sector. Guest lecturer in postgraduate and extended education programs. Board member of the Brazilian Institute for Energy Law Studies (IBDE) and member of the Energy Committees of the São Paulo and Federal District Bar Associations (OAB-SP and OAB-DF).
