Experience
Extensive experience managing and conducting strategic litigation across sectors such as payment methods, technology, mobility, retail, sports, and entertainment. Focused on credit recovery and an understanding of clients’ businesses as a foundation for designing strategies and building legal solutions tailored to their companies, products, services, and operations. His approach is driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and oriented toward achieving the goals of both clients and team members. Known for his sensitivity, insight, and strong interpersonal relationships, Samuel began his career at /asbz as an intern and is now a partner in the Litigation, Conflict Prevention, and Dispute Resolution practice. He is also a professor at the School of Advertising and Marketing (ESPM), a guest professor of Civil Procedure in the postgraduate program at Mackenzie Presbyterian University, a member of the Center for Advanced Studies in Civil Procedure (CEAPRO), and a full auditor at the Sports Justice Tribunal of the São Paulo Football Federation.
