Lawyer with over 15 years of experience in the real estate sector, coordinating high-complexity advisory work for companies across various industries, investors, and real estate developers. Has extensive experience in structuring real estate developments, subdivisions, and built-to-suit projects, as well as working on logistics projects, land regularizations, and operations involving infrastructure, real estate investment funds, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), aviation, and the implementation of wind and solar parks. Actively participates in the Real Estate Law Commission of the São Paulo Bar Association (OABSP) and collaborates as a guest author in renowned institutions, such as the Academy of Notarial and Registration Law.
