Extensive experience in leading complex contract negotiations, overseeing transactions involving large-scale infrastructure projects, such as transmission lines, substations, power plants, hangars, and warehouses, as well as strategic partnership negotiations with clients and suppliers. Her work combines solid technical expertise with sharp commercial insight, always aiming to seek solutions that enable and drive business growth. She began her career in Civil Litigation, a background that strengthens the ability to anticipate risks and structure contracts with greater legal predictability, reducing potential disputes. Furthermore, she leads a team dedicated to supporting companies in the swift drafting and review of day-to-day contracts, with a pragmatic approach and a strong commercial focus.
